Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 27 April 2026
1. Who you’re contracting with
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Ahmed Omran Ibrahim Hamdallah, an individual seller based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia, trading as Worqin ("Worqin", "we", "us"). The Service is the Worqin website at worqin.app and its related features.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and, if you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.
3. The Service
Worqin is an Arabic-first CV builder and career platform offering CV editing, templates, AI-assisted translation and cover-letter generation, and PDF export. Available features depend on your plan.
4. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service unlawfully or in breach of any applicable regulation;
- commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate any person or entity;
- infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights of others;
- upload malware or attempt to probe, scan, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
- scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive source code, except where permitted by law;
- resell or redistribute the Service or circumvent its technical limits;
- misuse AI features to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, or content designed to deceive employers in unlawful ways. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and how you use the outputs, and for verifying accuracy before relying on them.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload (CVs, cover letters, profile information). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you. We may also process your content with AI subprocessors (such as Anthropic) to deliver features you request.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, templates, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your plan and these Terms. All other rights are reserved.
8. Payments — Paddle as Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Subscription pricing, billing frequency, applicable taxes, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). By purchasing a subscription or one-time product you also agree to those terms with Paddle.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing screen in your account; access to paid features continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not charge you after a free trial without your explicit upgrade.
9. Service availability and warranties
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. AI outputs and accuracy
AI-generated content (translations, cover letters, suggestions) may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before use. The Service is not a substitute for professional legal, immigration, or career advice.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may close your account at any time from the Account > Danger Zone screen. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may delete your data after a reasonable grace period.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us (via Paddle) in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your unlawful conduct.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Khobar, Saudi Arabia, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
16. Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
17. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of upstream providers, natural disasters, or government action.
