Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to purchases of Worqin subscriptions and one-time products made through our reseller, Paddle. Worqin is operated by Ahmed Omran Ibrahim Hamdallah, based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to both subscriptions and one-time purchases.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Worqin orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout. You will be able to manage your subscription and submit a refund request from there.
- Or email us at hello@worqin.app and we will help you request the refund through Paddle.
Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Billing screen in your Worqin account, or through paddle.net. After cancellation, you will keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund — to receive a refund of unused time, please request one within the 30-day window above.

For full details on how refunds are handled, see Paddle’s Refund Policy (paddle.com/legal/refund-policy). Where this Worqin policy is more generous than Paddle’s default, this policy applies.
